How to find your size
Measure your foot length from heel to toe and compare it with the chart above. Place your heel against a wall and measure to the tip of your longest toe. If possible, measure both feet and use the longer one.
Fit recommendations
Use your regular US size as a starting point. If you're between sizes, go half a size up for a more comfortable fit. For running or hiking shoes, leave about 0.5 inch (1.25 cm) of space at the toe. Wear the type of socks you plan to use when measuring.
Activity-based fit tips
For running, a little extra room helps reduce pressure during movement. For hiking, a secure fit with enough toe space helps prevent discomfort on long distances or downhill terrain.
